Stacey Fogal
BA, BSW Registered Social Worker (#2221)
Life is a journey and sometimes along the way we may face obstacles and feel uncertain on how to navigate them. We can’t always control what comes our way, but we can choose to treat ourselves with grace as we seek guidance and support in finding solutions.
The space we will share during our sessions is safe, inclusive and non-judgmental. Each individual is unique with inherent strengths. I will make every effort to meet you where you are at and with gentle guidance and collaboration, we will work together to identify solutions.
Working from a client-centered, strength-based perspective, clients will gain the knowledge and skills to manage challenges and transition with increased confidence.

More than just my work: When I’m not at work, I can be found enjoying nature, either in my garden, spending time in the pool, kayaking the river or simply enjoying a lovely visit with my family. When the weather turns cold, I enjoy knitting, watching a good movie or baking some yummy treats.
