Shantelle Szuch

Shantelle is a Registered Psychologist with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists and the College of Alberta Psychologists and is qualified to diagnose psychological disorders.
With over ten years of experience, Shantelle is trained to provide therapy and psychological assessments for a range of mental health concerns with children, adolescents, and adults. She is dedicated to working with clients to help them understand their experiences, explore their symptoms, and gain a greater understanding of themselves, with or without a diagnosis.
Shantelle is well-versed in a range of research-based therapeutic approaches which allows her to provide a customized approach for each client that she works with. Additionally, Shantelle has a particular passion for supporting individuals that have been impacted by trauma. She is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT) for children and adolescents and trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for adults, in addition to training with prominent figures in the field, Dave Ziegler and Hull Services (NMT). She is also a certified group facilitator for the Before Operational Stress (BOS) program designed to support public safety personnel.
