Janelle Loveridge
BSW, RSW Registered Social Worker (#2670)
Sometimes it can be really difficult navigating our emotions and managing our thoughts. You might find yourself overthinking things, losing sleep, avoiding important relationships, or feeling like nothing you do is right. Our minds have a way of playing tricks on us and despite our best efforts, things might feel out of our control.
I utilize a client centered, holistic approach throughout the therapeutic process to ensure a personalized experience. We will tailor your treatment to meet you where you’re at and focus on your specific needs, based on your life experiences, and goals for therapy.
I strive to create and maintain a comfortable and welcoming environment where you feel safe and heard. I utilize a client centered, solution focused approach to help you get to a place where you are feeling some sense of renewed control over your life. I know the value of a strong therapeutic alliance and will foster this throughout our work together to ensure you have the freedom to move forward with ease.
